Black Garlic (S-Allyl-Cysteine).
Allicin is only found in raw garlic and is considered one of the most effective antioxidants. Black garlic is produced by aging raw garlic at high temperature and in high humidity. When raw garlic is aged and fermented into black garlic the allicin converts into S-allyl-cysteine (SAC), which is more stable and bioavailable.

Suggested Use
