Fermented milk containing B. lactis may improve gastrointestinal symptoms and well-being, and it was suspected that this was true because of changes it created in gut motility and hypersensitivity. HN019 is a strain from the Bifidobacterium lactis species of bacteria. It is sometimes referred to as Bifidobacterium lactis DR10TM. B. lactis HN019 is a gram positive, anaerobic, non spore forming rod shaped bacterium. The B. lactis HN019 strain was originally isolated from a yogurt source.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules twice a day. For best results, take capsules in the morning and the afternoon with 8oz. of water.
